Available to appraise and advise on your plans, often finding areas of improvement utilising your rights under the Party Wall Act. Serving of valid Party Wall Notices to all affected Adjoining Owners. Liaising and negotiating consents to proposed works with your adjoining owners. Carrying out schedules of conditions utilising our drones . Where unavoidable we are on hand to accept appointments as either Building Owners Surveyor or Agreed Surveyors roles.
We also provide Scaffold, Access, Fencing, and Crane Licences as well as aerial surveys using our 4k drones.
For those in receipt of a Party Wall Notice, we are on hand to advise, review the notice to ensure it's valid and correct, review the proposals, and advise of any risks or dangers you should be aware of. We are available to carry out condition surveys or to act as your surveyor if appropriate. Our fees will normally be met by the building owner carrying out the works, but our advice is free.
For surveyors administering the Act we are available to offer help and advice, accepting referrals as Third Surveyor and assisting in 10 (4) (b) appointments, where we can quickly help to resolve stalled cases allowing works to commence as quickly as the law will allow.
